That hardly anyone (apart from people with Endometriosis) know that Marilyn Monroe had Endometriosis. Hence painkillers, hence death. Why is this not public knowledge? Why did I not know this, why doesn’t everyone know this?
If she had had cancer, everyone would have known. If she had died in a plane crash, everyone would have known. God forbid she merely had some unforgettable “women’s disease”..
I brought about 5 books to university, plus the Scott Pilgrim series. I’m now running out of bookshelves and I have to move these and the rest of my things back to Birmingham in four months. At least three quarters of these are just for my degree. Don’t ever knock a Literature student for having an “easy” course- it takes a strong mind to carry around the knowledge of this many books, and it’s going to take strong arms to carry them back to Birmingham.
